Putting up the foundation or laying the foundation is the fist step in any project creation.
It may be a circle, rectangle, a octagon, or other shape, but it must first be a square.

this way it may be aligned properly to the heavens and the earth.
Now that is drawn, the actually foundation may be laid, and built upon in any shape you wish.

You're in great shape said a friend to another ! ... if round is a shape!

Health has a foundation as well. Our skeletal system, our cellular system on all levels must have a foundation to be healthy. They even respond to conscious direction.

This is inner foundation means all the nutrients necessary for a healthy cell, all 12 Cell Salts, in correct proportions - some burn faster than others; correct elimination of waist products; digestive enzymes to properly convert the food we eat. Teeth need to be healthy and your diet will help them or hinder them...

Once you have a healthy foundation -4 small square meals, or balanced digestible and eliminate-able food daily; you will have your health. Meditation and exercise are part of the foundation as well. Ok you got it?

I got to visit with Jean-Pierre Khordoc last eve with his talk on the unveiled secretes of the Kabbalah. this is a very complex subject, made easier as Jean-Pierre rolled out his building blocks of information, the showing us on the map how it all fit together.

The Kabbalah is still forbidden to discuss in many parts of the world. It seems to be taboo to know that you and God are the same... Even the beliefs of the major religions deny this simple truth, and go to great lengths to hide it from us. Just about all thing may be put on the tree of life to decode and understand the information - what a tool; I would very much like to learn more of this.

Jean-Pierre showed us the flaw in this picture of the tree of Life: there is one circle missing, that makes the whole, very easily understood -but it has been removed for 1000's of years.

The tree it self has been in recorded history since the ancient Egyptians, (who Jeane-Pierre has discovered have built the pyramid in one year using sound). China, India, Japan, and most cultures have the tree in one form or another. It is very old, and predated the Jewish history in which it is well known. It may go back even to the legendary Atlantis and Lemuria.

This is wonderful to know oneself from the inside out.

This new movie is fantastic, Australia is Gone with the Wind with a down under accent.
Some of the best stories are of greed with profound circumstances forcing the best of someone to the surface.

The Drover had to change his life of freedom ( he thought), learn to love, but it took a black aborigine to tell him this,for he knew they wouldn't lie.

This is story of the factual history of the 1/2 whites in Australia, who until 1973 were removed from society for the white fathers couldn't face their own son's nor take responsibility for them.

This is story of transformation, magic, honesty, a women's refusal to buckle to nice society, but, instead to hold to the truth.

Of course the culture clash between the cattle barons, and the native peoples, are a big factor in this movie. We think because we did it to the Indians and swept it under the carpet years ago, we can ignore it.
We did in Cambodia in the '60's of the Killing Fields, we do in Darfore today, and in of course in Afghanistan.

People have been oppressing and slaughtering people since Cain and Able, the Jews and the Arabs are just one little symptom.

I suggest daily meditation on bringing in Peace. The Peace Project may be a new way that really works.

This is a subject that has been studied for many centuries, has many methods, and uses.
The video yesterday is truly amazing progress for mainstream western medicine, and is really is what they are good at: accidental injury healing, and re -education afterwords.

While I really hate the idea of a health care center - because it is really a disease care center, where they maintain your disease and make more money off you.

Dr Tennant has a free lecture several times year, worth traveling to view, in which he not only shows the miracle of pain healing with electronic medicine, but gives a overview of regeneration.

I would definitely go see it. did you know a frogs leg can live almost indefinatley under the right circumstances? These experiments have been going on for many years. It needs the right voltage, ph, and simple nutrients. Your body can do the same as well.

These are the largest Mammals on earth - now; there are very few of them now. 100 feet long - almost. The next closest is 80 feet long, the fin whale.

For many years now, it has been illegal to hunt them. Now Japan is the only country that hunts whales under the legal terms of international treaty. The markets of Japan are monitored by westerners who care. They have discovered that the fin whale has mated several known times around the world. Unusual, they are studied when they can be found.

Because the blues are so small in numbers they seem to be matting with other species and seem to be able to communicate them.

National Geographic has a wonderful 2 hour long look at this beauties - do look at it if you can.
Perhapse my friends at the www.HolisticRadioShow.com can interview some of these researchers. This is fascinating stuff.

Colin was chatting with me the other day and mentioned that one of his interviees in a former time this life time, was a professional diver in the southern Mediteranian. There is a very deep channel off the coast of north Africa, that has many unknow species of fish? animals? in it.

March 6, 2009 Venus turns retrograde 21 degrees Pisces. This will highlight any planet that is at this degree mark in your chart for prosperity, and new developments will transpire concerning relationships either for business or love. As Venus is retrograde till the end of May it will be extremely bright in the night’s sky. Venus is the planet for creativity, love and prosperity. Look for creative music, films and art to top the news. Sometimes it can indicate a return of an old love or healing of current relationship issues. But the most pertinent issue I believe for Venus now is the prospect of peace on our planet. When Venus turns retrograde it is time to make plans for peace. I have done some research on the planet Venus and the time tables involved in creating peace on our planet. It involves Retrograde Venus and aspects of transiting Saturn. The degree that Venus stations and turns either retrograde or direct are important markers. When Saturn aspects this degree it stabilizes the effects of peace. The end of this year Saturn will change into Virgo where it will oppose the sign Pisces, where Venus stationed this year. Only on planet earth is timing important - that may not be quite correct as our astronauts and space vehicles seem to need accurate timing to hit their mission targets.
In the spirit world there's a different timing.

I like the circadian rhythm of the sun rise and set and sleeping at night.
Except there is at least one bird in my condo complex that doesn't understand that - and sings all night in the artificial ligths. I like ear plugs.

I like Hawaii and Arizona because they stick to the circadian rhythm. The tropics are about the same all year long only a few hours difference. The far northern climates like along the Canadian boarder, 4Pm to 10 PM swings are too much for me.

So....Get ready get up an hour earlier Tomorrow - Sunday morning if you are in the many states that change to Daylight savings.

I came across a little article listening to an interview by an author of Romance Novels, 35 books in all. Parris Afton Bonds, lives her Passion, and writes it. She raised 5 boys, lived in Mexico, New Mexico,Florida, now Texas. As co-founder of both Southwest Writers Workshop and Romance Writers of America, she instigated and sponsors the SWWW Young Writers contest. Parris donates part of her time, working with both grade-school children and female inmates to help them express their creativity.

She writes to her inner knowing of perfection, knowing only when she has arrived there with a character. She says she may have to rewrite several times before she's satisfied the truth of the character is there in writing.

Food for Consciousness...

Everyone is talking about diets to loose weight.
Diets for a healthy heart; the diet for diabetics (yes it works get off your insulin- it's possible)
Diets to build a stronger muscles - even a longer... well for some it's very important...

What about a diet to raise consciousness?
The yogi diet is bland food, no chillies, no garlic or onions either, as these stimulate the brain.
Think of an aphrodisiac - a food that stimulates desire for sex, well the others do the same.

Yoga divides food into 3 categories -
Pure food - easily digested, nutritious, life giving. for those who want to tap the higher consciousness.
Activating food - food that stimulates, it may be used by normal worldly people.
Lethargy producing foods - those that may taste good, but depress the spirits, slow the mind, senses and body.

Pure foods are whole foods, not processed foods or simply not 'white foods' like flour, sugar, salt etc.
Many vegetables are fine too save the ones above that come under the next category. Fresh fruits are fine but best if local and just picked. Raw foods, juices, are wonderful.

Activation foods or Stimulating foods: garlic, onions, horse radish, chillies, hing, caffeine, ginger is actually a pure food in moderation for some temperament types. These foods are very good for healing as they will stimulate the blood flow to all areas of your vast body; but are not good for meditation. But they are good for health. Healthy meats may be in this category.

Lethargy foods: alcohol, beer, meats in excess are in this category, polluted or rotten or overripe foods of any kinds are in this category and should not be eaten. Most drugs are in this category, as they cause more problems than they cure.

says, the teachers will come out of the caves,
the forests, the wilds, and into the cities
to help guide those who are ready
to do some work on their own.

Some come as God's to be worshiped, by many;
some demand respect and all your life's savings;
some come to be 'right' and have many agree with them;
Some come as strict teachers, some as palmists, astrologers, ministers, musicians,
even some as politicians;
some hide themselves as ordinary people, some as street folks, some as restaurant owners, some as lawyers ~ you really can find them in every walk of life.
Some come as yogis, or Pilates, or belly dancers.
Some only show up when they are needed - maybe these are angels.
some are hidden, some are obvious, some are ostentatious, some quiet.
One thing is clear when a student is ready the teacher will be there....
this is the Universal law.

some come as friends - just to be there & show the way; some come a cripples to teach compassion; slumdog millionaire, I feel is such a vehicle. I am glad it won such good recognition.

Will everyone recognize it? Sometimes, even the authors do not.

Sometimes a teacher is so well hidden even the person does not know they are teaching. these folks are just being themselves. 'Second Hand Lions' is like this type.

May your inner vision glow brighter.

So who is right? The Buddhist’s believe as the Jain’s in non violence, a yogi tradition for ones who seek enlightenment. The warriors have no limitation on killing, except to not harm then innocent like farmers, children, and women.

I see no problem is killing idiots who desire to only take life from others, and do immoral acts. I see no problem in killing one who wants to die, like Dr. Kevorkian. I see no trouble killing in defense - but where does this end? This takes great training as in a Shao lin priest.

The problem today is that folks believe that killing of the body is killing. I believe that I am immortal, I am the eternal spirit that moves from body to body much like I pick out a new car.
Therefore, who can kill me? It is a mistaken belief.

But one can kill my creations. My home, my cars, my gardens, my body and on & on.
I feel as the yogis and Buddhists, that not to kill is the way. I don't kill ants, anymore, or spiders, etc. but if I find a black widow near the house, I will kill it, just out of protection for the others that live there too.

President Lincoln was legally able to hold a duel, not any more - it would be considered murder. Abe handled it by a stroke of genius to challenger who he put off for a long time, wanting to duel. Pres finally agreed when the man gave him the option of time and place with choice of weapons: 'Ok I will duel in (this particular) lake with sledge hammers... Well the lake was 6 feet deep no problem for Mr. Lincoln, but the challenger was less than that.... end of duel Abe won with wits.

So this is not a cut an dry subject. Mahatma Gandhi practiced non violence, as did his student Dr King, who died at the hand of an assassin as did Gandhiji. The only conclusion I can come to is that one must decide for oneself, where question lies.

The Martial arts teachers- the best of all, know their skill so well that they don't have to kill, they can disable any attacker with any weapon. Native American Indians are said to be able to transform into animals to escape there enemies. Miracles do happen.

You have a temperament - follow your path. If like Gandhi or King it is peace - follow peace. If it is like Gen Schwarzkopf or The Green Hornet follow the path of war, in defense.

There are other paths too, you must find yours. Generally it must be up to society to decide this issue. As Clint’s latest movie about gangs, illustrates. Yea for Dirty Harry ! when we need him.

Well, who am I to judge...

But, I do have to know what to do when I have to act. In the movie "Taken", an ‘A+’ in my book, the hero has to go an get his daughter who was 'taken' to be sold into slavery as prostitute, by a gang who is above the ability of the local law to deal with. There’s lots of killing of these ‘perps’ in this picture. Anyone viewing it would agree, they need to die.

Hindu history in the form of stories passed from generation, by generation as tales of villains so bad that God himself ( or her self) has to incarnate to come down here in order to put the creep back under control. The Ramayana, the story of a King, Rama, who has his bride, Sita, stolen. They were incarnations of God to trap the pesky demon, and have an excuse to kill him if he didn't want to behave.

Krishna in the "Bhagavad-Gita", the Song of the Lord - one section of the "Mahabharata" or Great Struggle or War, has to deal with the hero - Arjuna. (Etymologically he became Hercules to the Greeks. Arjuna had to face this same dilemma oh kill or not kill. There is every reason to kill his own teacher - by treachery, and even some of his own family members. But he can't do it, though is a master of martial arts - so much of a one the Hitler has special orders to gain the knowledge of Arjuna’s battlefield powers.

In order to get Arjuna to fight, to kill, to win this battle, Krishna - an incarnation of God, also a master of the martial arts, had to give Arjuna a divine view of God (Krishna) crushing these enemies in his teeth. The message was “fight Arjuna - you can not kill anyone as the soul is immortal, as you and I are. I, God, alone can destroy- so fulfill your destiny as this is preordained by me. Fight Arjuna, kill.” Gods Blessings.

What happens today when both sides in Iraq think, believe they are killing in the name of God?
The difference to me is that God tells one in the above situations, where man thinks he is doing it in the Name of God in Iraq.

Thou shall not kill,
was one of the original 10 commandments Moses brought off the holy mountain. Since his followers were still worshiping the Bull with drunken ways and lots of fun... He created the Mosaic laws - which are the basis of the laws followed today in the good 'ol USA. He at first added 100 laws.

One of these laws was the “can't work on Sabbath” rule. The other was the no adultery rule. Both of these as we can see in the bible were punishable by death, with out a trial. The culprits were stoned to death by a crowd.

This seems to violate the Thou Shall not kill rule to me. It is ok to be angry and have the whole community - or those present kill someone for plowing a field or cooking on 7th day...

Well, who am I to judge...

Moving out of Aquarius the sign of winter, into Pisces the sign of two fish, one diving into the depths the other moving into the light; today.

Now the ice melts, the ground melts, and under the earth many things are taking place. Bulbs begin to sprout and like a miracle plants shoot up under the snow into the brightness of day ~ a lot takes place unseen. This is called faith.

We need to have the belief - or the knowledge - then understanding of all that goes on unseen that the flowers will come up.

If you need to like a Aquarian, you can investigate all of this with experiments of all sorts, or based on the experience of many before you ,and your own observations- have the faith they will come up - if you plant them the fall before. the beautiful bulbs.

We need to now that all is in order - even in chaos, for this is a necessary step to escape from the tyranny of ignorance. when one wakes up to an issue like the gov has to these stupendous financial disasters world wide, the first wake up call is to see the mess - boy is it a mess. Then Chaos sets in until we get the details and slowly begin do what needs to be done. This comes from hiding oneself from the facts. they just didn't want to know, like an Ostrich with its head in the sand.

Patience is needed to let things grown as they need to. Knowledge of the way things work, can give us great patience. Love yourself, love your body, love your cells, have patience with others, give them hope, & encouragement.

When you are in the middle of trying to do something like write a blog.. and you just don't know what to do next.

Find your tools. Locate your folders of reference materials, your computer writing program- I use scribe fire as well as bloggers online tools, your photo reference, your articles page, and article feed pages.

If you are going to make a scrap book, you would have all the materials laid out before you, ready to go. So I do the same when writing.

What about if your car has a flat tier? You need to find your tools - right?
DO you know where they are? Did you check to see if they are in there in the last 3 months? Is the spare tier inflated? When did you check last?

If you know the answers to these questions you won't have any problems if an emergency comes up. Have you got a basic survival kit in the car? In you drive farther than walking distance to work, you ought to have one, in each car.

do you have the tools you need in your kitchen? Probably. Do you have your water purification system?

Do you have your body tools? Do you exercise it enough? Get enough Sunlight / vitamin D? Do you get a green drink or nutrients? You know what to do - do you do it?

Ok make a check list of your tools.

Check the one you have
barter, buy or receive the ones you don't have.

Education may be a tool, daily meditation is a tool.

Sometimes the best gift is to just be there.

maybe you can do something while you are there;

but there is no need.

Sometimes just to think of someone, if they are consciously telepathic, they will feel your thoughts. Have you ever known who was on the phone before you read the caller ID? Telepathy.

Gifts are funny some do not recognize one when they receive one - because it is not given in the way they wanted it.

We have this problem on this planet - both lovers may speak the same language but not the language of love. We have to learn what this for ourselves and for our lovers, if we want to give to them in the way they understand.

The gift of time may be what the demand or expect but not want, as a message of love. You are my husband you have to fix the toilet, paint the house, take out the garbage etc.

"Why don't you tell me you love me?" after the house is painted, the garbage out, and the toilet is fixed. And you brought flowers. That may not have done it either.

So you fixed her computer - nope...not yet. mowed the lawn? Nope.
got her a card? not yet. A diamond bracelet? not yet...

exhausted yet?
What she wanted was you go an spend happy time with her mom.
how were you to know? Maybe she didn't either.

There are certainly many people that we can appreciate, admire, love, and share joy with.

There are a few that we can even really Love, to be with for a very long time. If you have someone like that - a life partner= you are a good creator.

Sometimes we just have to look in their eyes, to feel their hearts, sometime we have to touch them.

Any way that works - some have to hear them, to know they are wonderful and ingrained in their hearts.

Valentines day is different from other days.
forget the commercial stuff.
make some thing special for you the one or ones you love...

even a handmade cookie, or a little note.
or some flowers, or picture
maybe a book...
or well hey you are a creative person.
go create...

these flowering trees I see jumping out of their buds are doing just that. They love life.

be in the flow,
go with the flow,
Trust in the Lord,
said a 1000 ways in all languages but do we get it?

Yes, on those days that all is going your way...
what about the days that it is not?
easy, be an observer.

The greatest yogis have passed on the suggestion to:
"be in the world but of it"
"be as water on a lotus leaf"
"be in it just don't get caught by all the illusions."

One way is to say in your head:
"gee the sh.... it really hitting the fan."
"The boss must be really mad at me"
"My wife doesn't seem happy with me for forgetting to pick up the kids"
you get the idea.
"the stock market just wiped out my life's saving"...
maybe could be -"I wasn't paying attention to the market and the little voices inside telling me to get out"
"What lesson can I learn from this"

To be in the flow, one needs talent and practice and good vehicle.
i.e.: Luke Skywaker trained as a Jedi with one of the best masters in his field, and he had a light saber, yes a real one... Then he could trust the force.
The rafters of the mighty Colorado River have to pass competency requirements and have certified river guide, and have a certified registered raft... to go with the flow...

Yoga students had to live with their teachers and carry water and chop wood for many years to learn "how to be in the world. but not of it".

To sum up:
to go with the flow:
we need: a competent experienced teacher;
efficient practice time to develop skill;
proper technology or a good appropriate vehicle.

a little more:
appropriate, proper, vehicle: you need your Jedi light saber, or as Tommy Smothers sang:
"If you get an outfit you can be a cowboy too!"
to go with the flow driving and drive intuitively - one or you, need a healthy vehicle, one that is mechanically sound, good breaks, responsive, sufficient fuel of the right kind, training to drive, practice driving, and then learning to use your intuition, and listen it in time to act quickly enough to take advantage of "flow"

Go with the flow;
be in the zone;
"if you are in the zone" as basketball player - how many baskets have you shot? How many did you make? Miss?
"if as a concert pianist in the 'zone' how many hours, weeks, months and years have you practiced?

One of the most available oils in the 1800's was ?
Right whale oil - used for lamps, heaters, cosmetics, and on and on.
If you want to be vegetarian ~ being non violent and harming no others, look at this oil. If you want health with Cod liver oil or Omega 3 you need more of this oil or one like it in organic butter to make it effective to take.

I take a little just before bed - so that my liver (Chinese indicate it is active cleaning itself from 12 midnight to 2 AM) has energy and 'soap' to clean with.

I found out that soap is an oil, Cholesterol is a type of soap that the liver and brain use to clean themselves with. so I take about one teaspoon at night.

So we can be nonviolent, and healthy at the same time.

The story has been too hot to print, and write into a movie...
I believe it is because the latent memories of truth lie just below the surface in most of us, - even from past lives. There seems to be evidence claimed by some that Hitler was gay. But Ava Braun and many other women may have been responsible for bringing down the 3rd Reich.

The story unfolds from a 'now' person's own recollections of her past lives. Some will say that it is just an over active imagination, others may say it is automatic writing, or channeling. Called Po Woo, this day stay at home, so you can welcome the God of Wealth. Visit no one and let no one visit you; this will protect you from bad luck. This is also the day you may throw away your trash out the back door.

Mercury is stopping again, and will turn on the 1rst & 2nd. So I would advise any of us who are considering investing in anything at this time 'to stay at home' and keep your money with you.
review your options again over the coming 2 weeks ~ I think you will have a better view.

Day 4 Chinese Year...

Celebrate the In-laws - did you do something for them yesterday?
to day is your second chance...
maybe paint the trim on the house for them - or shovel snow...
I am sure you can find something
- or just set up a small shrine for them
in your living room, or in your heart.

In the traditions of Bhakti yoga - doing worship of your chosen deity- by offering flowers, food, drink, dress, jewels, whatever your heat desires to offer is very powerful and it focuses the mind.

Doing this mentally as you advance is even more powerful, as it takes better focus.

I saw that Colin was meditating on his dog two days ago. These are powerful focus practices and honoring them in this way is wonderful - have the family join in - for the tangible alter. By 'alter' I mean a place to put honored pictures, decorations and more for any not present you wish to honor, and remember.

Maybe your way of showing respect to the in-law parents is to complete a task: furthering your education, donating in their name to certain organization. There are many creative ways...

Jupiter is the planet that magnifies, expands, bringer of more, Santa Clause, hope. Jupiter is in Aquarius this first year of USA Obama. Obama seems to have Aquarius rising at his time of birth.

This year then should be the continuance of why the USA elected Obama in the first place. That is to change from the established rule of the rich man's wishes to the desires of the Masses ( Aquarius). Will there be hidden things - sure there will - we can't let national security be compromised - however - but like a fish bowel - though we all can see the fish - we can't touch them.

Presidential Transparency doesn't mean vulnerability. Even the Pope could be seen standing in his limo - but he was fully bullet proof in his 'glass' cadge.

Fairness for all with out distinction of class is the Aquarian view - so the American people have simply wanted this enmass and seem to have gotten it with this new President.

Washington, was the first Aquarian President, then Lincoln, and Roosevelt. Washington Birthday was not the 20 th ( now Pieces) in the calendar in use at the time- when we transferred to our new calendar we keep the old day of birth.

Powerful presidents for powerful times of change. This is such a time, with the collapse of the Banking system around the world by greedy bankers passing out billions in bonuses while the American people have to pay for it, in the national debt. - This is not Aquarius and will come out even more.

Jupiter expends so it will expand the reporting of the corruption against the masses as well - Banks are profit making entities, they are not non profits set up to benefit their investors - quite the opposite in fact. So now - I hope you will begin to see that - you - need to take notice of the junk and you - personally have to take responsibility for your things.

If the government is going to more responsible that means that you will have to be more responsible to make it run. If the power is handed back to the people - the people have to take it and make it work themselves.

Self reliance is an Aquarian trait too.
Opposites attract - Leo is the opposite sign of Aquarius - Leo is a natural ruler, it likes to be in the spot light - Obama is a Leo and has an Aquarian outlook as his rising sign is Aquarius -- well

Are we actually in for the rescue of the Titanic? Remember that hype and BS built the great ship- too many corners were cut- advertising was Titanic but the ship wasn't - The USA has become the Titanic -built by rhetoric and personal pocket lining. it is sinking now along with the most to the rest of the World built on the 'rich is for me' attitude - 'you are my slave'...
now with Aquarius the masses want the 'do this for us' attitude. If it really shifts to 'lets do this together' that Obama seems to working towards...

I was reading a nice inciteful article on the 2 Inauguration charts of the US President Obama, over at the Holistic Radio Show articles page... They do have some interesting interviews and articles.

Any way I didn't know much about the mundane astrology - or horary astrology that Julie - the author- uses to read the astrology charts.

Many folks see this new President as an indication of a total rebirth of America - I do hope so.
I feel to that the lobby, money making decisions of the US congress have been for personal benefit.
Decisions of mortgages, financial, FDA and health, you name it -- I would like to see more decisions based on benefiting the citizens of the USA and then the world. Like aides and cancer cures have been around for many years - but not available nor publicized in the USA. I find their commercials on charging rent for diseases such diabetes - disgusting, when ads telling of the dietary solutions could be aired.

Capitalism is great thing - but greed is not. I feel the Gov has to live up to the Fiduciary responsibility - if you don't know what that is - just back to sleep; but many have woken up this time to elect Obama - I hope you will take the time to find out what working on behalf of another means.

We have been spoiled by letting the world think that they didn't know this World Bank colapse was comming. Well this guy did. He gives some good advise on how to float and not sink over the next few years.

In watching one my Perry Mason vintage favorites from the 50's; I learn quickly that human nature is the same over time.

the best of the New Age is simple do what worked in the past.

History is prologue.

A simple test was made several years back by sending a survey to many world leading folks from many walks of life.
This survey asked what qualities would one look for in another for a friend, employee, life and business partner.

Take a guess _
Which one came out on top?

OK, Honesty did.

But what is honesty?

Look it up the dictionary... worth your time to do so...but will you?

then add this to the definition.

the ability to duplicate exactly
(What is seen, heard, read etc)

Would you keep a copy machine around that won't make an
exact copy or altered the text?

Think about this.

Cheery day..

The first beam in higher awareness, is honesty especially with one's self.
It takes guts, presence - being here now to see what you are actually doing.
What game are you playing? Is it really how can I help this person?
Or does it look like that on the outside and really is the game of how can I get this persons money?
time? Sex? Appreciation? Love? Attention?

Like I said it takes radical self honesty...
Self introspection.

I think I would like to call him Martin - though this may offend some ~ none intended...
I like to think of him as a friend - just as I do with Christ.

I don't like the 'LORD thy GOD' stuff - you may - but not me...
I don't like the idea of a Feudal Jesus or God for that matter. You know one calling the shots of my life - like the ones that Caused William Wallace to revolt. I don't like putting people on a pedestal "10 feet tall and farting lightning bolts out (his) ass..."

I prefer the frame of 'Friend' a caring one who suggests things to me - the path - solutions - make comments not decrees for me to follow ~or not ~ as I believe this is my choice...
to be or not to be...
I believe the verses which claim dominion over the earth and created in his likeness - meaning the power of self awareness and decision making- as a steward, or Trustee-

I have the power of choice not to follow blindly - not to take and give orders, not to judge and be judged, but to understand, to know the 'why' of things; to make mistakes and there by discover the truth - that for me one way is better than another - based on the results of my choices.
Sometimes I even listen to my friends, but we can discuss what worked and what didn't. We can play with the solution together.

Are my choices in harmony with all of me - of who I am ? If my thought, word, and deed are all inline... then yes I believe so.

But who cares? me? sometimes...
but yes there is one who cares always - and that is my friends.
My friends always have my best interest (& not theirs) in mind and heart.

so I thought you may enjoy this little video of the beauty of our heavens. I am sure they are from the Hubble telescope as well. The Yoga of Action

Karma Yoga is a misunderstood situation.
Many think it is slavery - by having to act as a debt determined by your past bad actions.
well sort of. Karma is a term that means 'action'

What you do is Karma. All action have 2 parts the action done and the action that reacts.
Most of us will do what is automatically programmed into us by own past actions.

In other words if you practice 'ballet' for 10 years you may not want to venture into new paths.
or if you are a Trombone player - and like it... you many never pick up the piano...

For one thing it takes more effort to learn and new instrument. So most just stay with one.
the same with our habits.
It takes much more energy to locate an unwanted habit or just one you want to change.
then punish yourself lightly when you do it.
then reward yourself when you do the correct action etc.

Just like training a dog ~ everyone knows it can be done, books are available, videos and personal trainers too...
But how many people want to take the time to train the dog....
they prefer to just live with the dogs bad behavior; and their own.

If you believe in reincarnation - then your habits you develop over and over again -
just keep persisting. If you were a snake you may keep trying to attack and bite people :-)
Most of do this ~ just so we can keep being 'right' (bad joke)

anyway, karma yoga is the science of changing all of this.
It is inaction in action ~ more zen stuff right?
sort of...

In other words if you are business owner and you are immersed the day to little stuff of the daily activities you lose oversight. You lose site of big picture. "When you're up to your as... in alligators it hard to remember you came to drain the swamp" - old Cajun say'in.

Paramahamsa Yogananda changed his Karma as predicted by a Vedic Astrologer - that he would have 4 wives and ... well he dicided not for him and changed it, he was a celbate Monk.

Karma yoga mean you develop the ability to stay unattached and focused on the broad or small or middle but it all by keeping you inside - in inaction or nonaction - you watch yourself act. Like drinking water, you just do it.
But from this vantage point you can monitor all of the actions to see if the outcomes are the ones you want.

You are truly here now.. Present. ( a lot more than just showing up - most bodies do this for work -but 'they' still; home sleeping)

One is seeing the target in the midst of chaos in battle - but the best -i would guess, can see the chaos and like Luke Skywalker - shut off their targeting computers and know when to shoot and where... while dodging incoming weapons fire...

I get lean forward for 'yes'
lean backward for 'no'
then lean to the left side front for '????' i really don't know as yet what this one means...

then grab your jar of nut butter or....
hold up against your solar plexus or so...
and ask is this good for me?
shall I eat this now?
later?

140 year old lobster was set free from a NY restaurant this week
he weighed in at over 20 #s. He was taken to a Main coastal site where lobstering is forbidden.

I guess this full moon in Cancer the crab - Inspired the crustacean lovers to have mercy on the old guy and let him live out his days naturally.

Timing is the domain of the moon in Astrology...
When it is in a cardinal (initiating sign) like Cancer (today - Sunday)
Time moves faster, events happen quicker
slower in a fixed sign like Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio
slowest in Mutable sign like we are in this morning - Gemini

When the Moon Is coupled with Mercury going retrograde on Sunday...
The speed has the breaks on too...

Love Movies - I do...

They can really get a message across..

Slumdog millionare....

is a rare film.

It comebines justice, action, intrigue...

but it is really about just being straight...

honest not trying to escape..

the power of KIV = keep in view your target is the main theme of the movie

as well as compassion, love.

I have been in Bombay in these slums, they are everything that is shown there.

But I as a westerner cannot stomach going there, visiting or even thinking about them,

as they are too big a problem.

This movie deals with life as it is, not as one would wish it to be.

is the beauty of inner strength...

Strenth comes from words backed by the action of conviction...

ie Gandhi was asked by a single mother to tell her son not to eat sugar any more...

Gandhi just replyed:

I myself had not stopped eating sugar...

so after last night... I must waite 3 days to tell anyone who may inquire the same...

will you take responsibility for what you do, or just sort of show up and do as little as possible?

With all the folks being laid off now...
the time is ripe for those who are will to work

to be the ones who will keep what jobs there may be...

Maybe your plan for the new year is to just keep a solid foot, take no changes but
plod along steadily in a positive direction to your goal...

and a whole lot more folks don't know what kind of a change they do want...

we have to know the out come we want...
then the universe can help us focus on that point and bring it into manifestation.

we could go Communist>.. we don't want that- but it would be change
a dictatorship- no thanks - but a change - corp ruled or King ruled- I think we have that now...

the Israelis were given their freedom by God---
but they wanted and prayed for a King - they demanded a King
God said they didn't need one and pointed out
all of the reasons why they would be disappointed...
Well they demanded one
- got one; and were...

An enlightened person can govern himself / herself - that is why Jesus gave us only
one commandment to: LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THY SELF
and a couple to go with that ~we didn't need the 10 anymore...

But think back - were those 10 even good enough for Moses?
NOPE. He had to make them into 100 and even more...
These are called Mosaic Law - our legal foundation even today...
Why? Because the people were just stupid- they weren't enlightened...
they did not even what it...

So What Kind of Change do you visualise?
the: let the politicians do what's best ?
they forgot to add for the masses and they do it for them selves, now...

it explains a lot and how to deal with it...
"You can't get the people to care - they believe what we want them to believe.." politician -- "Oh, yea Watch me..." Elle...
But simply put: IF our elected Politicians did there job to represent us... and keep integrity, truth, vigilance etc., etc.
then we wouldn't need a savior...
and we would be able to do our job as well.
most of us don't 'cause the system is broken - but now we may be able to fix things....

hummm... well Parmahamsa Yogananda did just that...

He was supposed to have married several times and done this and that...
- He decided he would be a monk- and create many things to benefit humanity...
~He did just that - will his will power. KIV...

The Autobiography of a Yogi started me off on my path.
Colin over at Tiger Swami - mentioned he did as well...

Colin told me he even locates people by using his antennas like Yogananda did in his book to find someone he was looking for...

So go with your path that God has placed you on, or change it when you are divinely inspired to do so..

Yogananda even asked his astrologers the worst time to begin a project and that is when he would start it, carry it through to completion, and begin another - just to show to himself that he could do anything he put his mind to. ( FOCUS on KIV= keep in view -Tiger Swami)

A tough year coming up... for none light workers...

Are you a light worker?
How to tell:
Do you meditate, ~ pray daily?
Send light to for the highest good to all on the planet and beyond?

do ask 'Who am I?

do you drink more pure water than soda-pop?
eat more fresh fruit than white sugar?

do you do some healthy exercise? Yoga, chi gong, walking, swimming and the like?

Then you are a light worker...

Do you believe that someone will save you?
or do you know you have saved yourself...

try to put others interests ahead of yours today by 3

give 3 times more than you receive...
not necessarily overtly, but in consciousness.

look around and see if others are enjoying, relaxing, eating, resting
if they need a little hand, be there...
maybe you could try to anticipate their needs,
and have it ready for them..

We like soft skin, not dry...

-not cracking from dehydration...

please drink enough water...

How much? see the radio show...

Folks this time of year drink everything else but water...
coffee, tea, soda or pop, stuff with booze in it...
all of these actually take the water out of you...

herbal teas are fine,
have you tried ginger, pau darko, or Hawthorn berry?

Willard water in some purified or distilled water is great...

With all the eating this time of year egg nog and all
be sure to get your 6- 8 glasses of water in too...

Keep your body fluids juicy too - all of them;
if not...
get a bit of advice... but personally I prefer the natural methods...

By just emperic eveidence we would beleive not in global warming...
if we only looked at today and maybe a week before...

sometimes we have to take history into consideration to get a better view of our habbits and trends...

Today is the day the earth stops tilting southward...
like you come to stop sign , look both ways then go on your way...

Today the Sun enters the sign of Capricorn...
Having looked far down the road...Judgin our effectiveness of the past year...
with sun in Sagitarious now leaving it...Capricorn is about setting down strong roots,
to grown tall and strong..
this in Western Astrology.

This gives us in the Northern latitudes, the longest day - 4 seconds longer than yesterday.
Tomorrow the Sun will appear to begin it's journey back north and the shortest day
~June the Summer Solstice...

Why do we celebrate this time of year?
probably because it is cold...and dark for a long time...

and until radio, TV, Internet came along we had little to do...

Couldn't even have much sex in the house with kids, grandma and all..
so my guess is having the holidays now got all these folks with something to do,
cook, decorate, make gifts for each other...
stories to tell by the fire...

But is it much different? energy wise?

Well for some it is difficult for sure ~ the lack of sunlight and vitamin D
really gets to them - more illness, more mental fatigue...

So we, in the Northern countries of the West,
are programed now for the celebrations we have grown up with..

What ever the real reason was
~ it is party time,
family time,
HOLY Time,
Buy Gifts Time
Make gifts time...
get sad time...(for some)
get drunk time (for some)
Meditation time
Prayer time...
Goal Setting time for the new year...

What ever you do it is your choice...
I celebrate your right to make that choice...
I celebrate your path in consciousness raising celebration...

We prepare for the longer winter up here in N America - the southern hemisphere folks for summer as they have the shortest night of year... Balance...

What ever it may be we do need a bit of Patience...

Mr Ford the CEO of Ford Motor Comp. ~grandson of Henry ~ was on
Larry King cnn last evening...

Wonderful to watch his passion for the auto industry, humanity, and his partners the Ford dealers...
one of who called and was driven into bankruptcy by the Ford Credit Comp.
Mr Ford was not ruffled in any way, he expressed he did not know of this situation.
He agreed he would look into the matter...

Now imagine he had know and put in stitch to stop this from occurring?

But any time is better than no time...

Late is better than never....

BUT remember: timely is by far the best..

So, in our too active life style, take the time

the bristlecone pine...

it isn't much to look at, not vary tall, looks have dead,
yet it is the oldest...

and grows slowly, so we have time to get things right...

Take it easy... experiment a bit, be gentle on yourself...

Self Reliance...

This has been an American theme even before the famous writings of our forefathers...

but do we believe it?

Believe is the word...

do you believe in a savior?
Or do you Know inside who your are?

Can you reley on yourself?

Can you trust yourself?

Or do you depend on others to save your bu...hind...?

this is indeed the coming crisis in the US and around the world...
do you know that every culture has in its roots a Savior Story?

This seems to be due to us entering the sign of Pisces in the Procession of the equinoxes, about 2000 years ago and the age of belief was ushered in. I believe is the keyword of Pisces...

The age of Aquarius has a few years left to go to get into it but many of us on the planet are getting into the mind set or consciousness now...

The key word is 'I know'
It is the looking inside for the savior and knowing that
You are that one and that all is alright...

It is joining with a few friends in small groups and meditating on love - mutual support...

Remember how in Sep 9 -11 we all pulled together?
This is the knowing spirit of Self Reliance...

we didn't wait for a savior of the government to do XXXX we just got in there and did it...
this is spirit of 'I know'

As we move through the next few years -this coming year especially .
see how people are moving into a more spiritual mindset,, but...
look to polarization of two divers groups...

One spirituality based on or driven by fear...
you do this or....

The other is based on Love or mutual support...
small groups getting together to share their energies in creating love...
mutual support...

So as you are moving around meeting others:
Observe to see if they are manipulating others to believe there way...
Or if they are just there to support others finding there own way...

Spirituality by coercion, domination or fear...or fight the enemy etc., etc.
or
Spirituality by helping others find there own way...
with like minded folks getting together to share energies for the common good...

so Develop Self Reliance...

Stars fall, comets move, dreams come and go, the Asian markets go up and down...
We sleep, we dream, we seldom remember...
though some do...

What do we do consciously?...
'I am neither mind nor body
Immortal self I am
I am Witness of 3 states
I am Knowledge absolute'

I quoted this song a short time back...
What are the 3 states?
Is consciousness one of the 3 states?
sort of...
Waking, dream, deep sleep are the 3 states...
Lets look at Waking state...

We have the conscious state here
- the one where you are HERE !
we also have the subconscious states the automatic states...
the habit states of mind...
we may call this the excuse state...
You know: my car broke down, my cat puked on the carpet, I ran out of gas, I got the wrong directions, and so on and and on...

When will take the move to choose to be our own commander and live by our word...
I will be here at 8 o'clock sharp - but it's OK if the traffic keeps me away...
well we all depend on what another says or does if they are part of our team....

So the challenge here is can you create?

or do you just follow the currents?
Can you create you own path when the currents are going the other way?
Can you make it to where you say you will be on time?
It is a miracle if you can...

and many do have this spiritual power to move heaven and earth to do so...

if you can't as yet
-- you haven't developed this in you.
so the conscious state has a lot to master in it...

but who it the 'witness of 3 states?'
that is what you can find...
for now just know that some do and you can also, learn to monitor all 3 of these states...

I am I here now? (Interest, inquisitive) ...

- but is it effective in traveling to your target?
Or will end somewhere in the night on a rock like the Alaskan Valdez oil tanker?

Are you asleep at the wheel?
Or do you even know there is a Wheel in your life?

Some regularly remember their dreams,
David could even interpret them for Pharaohs..

Awakening day!
What more can you become?
Just remember Clint " A man's got to know his limitations"

while your body can't fly (Though I love the dreams in which I do just that)
we can astrally do so;
we can create devises and machines to fly with...

Duty Calls...

In this day & age you are here by choice - western world anyway...
What ever duty you take on - give it your all.

If you are a mother - do your duty, a father - same... you know
be responsible....

but what does this mean?

re- sponse -able = able to respond - I add correctly & appropriately respond...

this means you are present, here, awake, rested, in a neutral mood, and ready to assume the proper response.

So you need to do your duty to your self first... so you can be ready...

Right food ( not drunk)
attitude, - positive thinking and mediation
balanced exercise,
mood under control
right training...

think about these things...
do your self first...
to respond Be Prepared

Gold is found in many places, but looks ugly in most...

Why? because it needs to be purified...

sometimes it is found as a pure nugget
~ beautiful, shiny, valuable

But more of it is in the tailing of the mine, bonded with the dirt or other minerals.

One way to get at it is to heat it to high temperatures so that all is left is the Pure Gold...

Other methods are there as well.

|The basic idea is to raise the vibration of the sample to pure gold by eliminating all of the impurities...

The same in consciousness...

Lets look at Sex for example

do you know the highest searches on the internet are on Sex related?

Pron out sells them all...

so lets individually take this energy and purify it...

How? Tantra Yoga, use Colin's gazing exercise he mentioned.

Raise the vibration from the porn arena to the empowering launch pad...

This is a very powerful force in our lives - we have been trained to stifle the sex drive...
Sure try to hold, Vesuvius down...
Mt St Helen's...

So better to try to work with this energy, refine it, use it for empowerment and consciousness raising...
and healing too.. this force will heal...

think and grow rich talked about channeling & controlling this force into sales and business...

Through a hand shake, a gaze, the power of your words...

Gandhi had sex 4 times producing 4 kids and birthed a Nation... he took a vow of celibacy.

But this is not for everyone.

I Believe God has given you a path to follow... follow this path and
uplift yourself at every occasion...

Let them be "right' in their own world...

when you find mean people appreciate their intensity and just move on...

But it is ok to hiss... if you need too...just be calm inside inside...

The Snake...

This one slithered one day up to scantily clad old man with a long beard,
he coiled ready to strike - anticipating an stick or stone attack on himself...
But he found the old man just calmly sitting, a little smile on his face, eyes half open...

So the snake sat coiled and waited to see what would happen.
Nothing happened, after several hours, after several days,...

It was getting cold fall time...so the snake inched closer and finally after no harmful actions from the old man sitting...
he climbed up into his lap.... It was comfy and warm...

The old man the next morning said to snake , thank you for keeping me company, I must go now, is the something I can give you?

Then snake just said he wanted to have the peace the old man has... The saintly old man agreed and gave him instructions on what to do.

One these was of course do no harm - don't bite anyone...the old man left.

Years latter he returned to the same place and inquired in the village about his student the snake?
No one had seen him for several years, none were bitten either...

so the Saint sat in the same spot and waited.

After a few days the snake slowly crept up to him - all battered and disfigured...sat in the saints lap...
With a twinkle in his eyes the Old saint asked him what had happened?
The snake explained that when the villagers discovered he would no longer bite,
Kids just tormented him, beating him with sticks and stones....
so he just crawled under a rock and hid...

The saint chuckled and said gently
~ "I didn't say you couldn't hiss !"

Hissing is OK, anger is not...

It's the inner state that matters....

Appreciation

Many ways to give

Your time, money, resources, advice...

Most of the time we do so for money, for an exchange.

If that is all you do - that is fine...

You may want to just give a little more each time,
than you are paid for.

Do-gooders are really a pain in the ass
just like kids who squeeze their pet rabbit
too hard and kill them -believing they are showing them love...

The rabbit didn't think so....

Learning to be helpful is an art. You can waste a lot of time
just looking for ways to help others...

I know a famous American Chi gong master living in a mansion now, who was broke, hungry, living on the street. A wealthy insurance man found him.
Invited him into his conference room, to have all the coffee and tea he wanted,
to stay as long as he liked during the days of the coming week; to listen to Nightingale Conant records.

This changed his life.
Gave him a way out, hope, a goal and A plan of action...

This was helpful, not a do-gooder...

If a person asks ~ help them ~if you can. (If you have the resources, time etc.)
The wise know when to keep silent (which is most of time)
The stupid try to convert everyone they meet...

If you are waling down the street and nice older lady
has a bit of trouble getting up the curb - help her
and walk on...(you are not really going out of your way)

You see a person on the side of street car broken down, dark night, not many around?
How to help?
Call the police or 9-1-1 stay in your car for both of your safety sake...

This is an Art, not a requirement.

You know the joke about God on the back of the bike?
Guy struggling to pedal up the hill asks the almighty for help...
God gets on the back of the bike - a 2 seater and pedals as well...
Guy finds it so easy he crosses his arms, light a cigarette and stops pedaling...
Bike stops, Guy asks God -what happened?
God answers...I said I would help, not do it for you...

Maybe you just need to give someone

your little smile, that may help more than you know...

Ever been in an auto accident? Time slows down...

your mind is not in it and you are on auto pilot...

This is a principle Tony Robbins refers to as modeling.
a very old principle indeed...

Our minds are like monkeys - monkey see monkey do... Right?

So, read great peoples comments, when you need advice seek out the best advisers.
Our president elect is setting up his cabinet along these lines right now...

so if you want good results, go to good people who have mastered producing the results you want to have...

An old way finding good advise was to take a holy book or recognized book of authority,
place it spine done on the table,
let it go
read where ever it opens up to...
oops yep ask your question first...
divination.

It has been said that statistics don't lie -statisticians do...
continue this:
Astrology doesn't lie - astrologers do --
the law doesn't lie - lawyers do (expert Perry Mason... & others like him - I know a few)

So, the point is: the quality of the advisor that you want.

A mundane astrologer can tell you when win a war, get married (or not), do biz with this person or not etc. but they can't read for your spirit...

A mental astrologer or a psychological one can read for the above and your mental well being.

A spiritual astrologer can read all the above (but may not do so by choice) but can show you the best way for your spiritual growth.

Yogi Bahjan taught martial arts, and marital arts, and yoga to his followers.

Paramahamsa Yogananda taught love and devotion, to his.

Vivekananda taught truth and Intellectual yoga to his.

Swami Shivananda taught all forms of yoga.

All of these are incredible masters but one may be better for your temperament and path...

And none of them may your path... Yours maybe the military path, fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan...

I know one man who entered WWII and lied about his age - he wasn't old enough.
Yet in north Africa against Rommel, the Desert Fox: he was the sole survivor of his massacred unit.

The Israelis latter recruited him to teach their troops what ever he knew....

He is now a Shaman, and a Bishop in the First Church of Antioch. and bullets are said to have just past right through him...
Truth or .... well I won't test him... but he can effectively block a punch...

Pre -Paid legal is an inexpensive quality legal service where you can get quality advise, on legal & business matters .

There are many good advisers out there. There are many bad ones too..

Which kind will you be?

Do you drag your students to a conclusion? or do you let them make there own?
Do you help them make there own?

Teaching is about bringing out what is already in there releasing the inherant knowledge.
Not about 'training' this is different: Training is about building skills for a specific task, or job.
A trainer is just like a dog trainer, getting to be competent at known level of expertise for a specific task - like in the military... or begining a 9-11 operator interfacing with the police and fire departments, lives depend on you...

So before you sign up for class, you need to take responsibility for your training...teaching..
you have to know your outcome... and then compare it with the outcome of class find out the goals of the teacher...

You need to take control your path...
get good advisers, some get this from within...

Fasting is an interesting word - it does make you go faster...

Strange as it implies giving something up
such as food.

Well with computers we can understand how this would work...
If we have say 8 programs running all at once it may be slowing down the operating speed.
so closing some of these programs ~ for a while ~fasting = faster processing.

Our bodies are the same.
We eat more than we can digest (process) = slower, sluggish, gas, acid reflux etc., etc.
We fast on lemon juice - say for a day or two or 4 a month = we have more energy = we go faster, think faster to...

Our brains are usually in a random search mode, hopping from subject to another, following threads of info, (Oh, that reminds me of ...) and off we go..

Lost focus. This is just a habit; and it is an energy waste.
Think of your driving down the freeway at 70 miles an hour and you put the cruise control on
= best gas mileage - right? more efficient - right?
OK, now if you drove your car like you let your mind drive (and it is driving and not you - it is in a crazy cruise control habit); you drive 78 then 54 then 92 then 43 and so on... what are the relults?

= ridiculous gas mileage, increased costs, saps, your savings, steals from your future and ....

you get the idea.

so take a mental fast...

Today Saturday or tomorrow Sunday, take an hour or two or even the whole day and observe (not TV or radio or read) others but no thought, keep the mind calm. peaceful, no reactions, or actions, no speaking.

I like to sit comfortably and watch the sunset on the beach - or woods, or over the Addison airport; letting the mind be quiet.

Turn off the mind, chatter switch.

You may find a whole new way of knowing...
beyond the mind, where it can't conceive of going is....

well you just have to experience it.

How can a Mozart compose as a child?

A regular guy - do complex math automatically - with out training and with slowing down of the processing in school by the need of the teacher to "show your work?"

Their is lightning fast brain that with patience, training, and recognition, and practice is so much faster than our chattering minds...

Yogis would demonstrate doing 10 things at once...

You are familiar with putting an unsolvable problem aside at bed time, shutting off the chattering mind, and directing the companion self ( so called subconscious mind) to solve this unsolvable problem for you and deliver this solution when I wake up. Or, on my morning walk, or brain dump (writing down all the stuff I can think of, daily to get it out of the way)or in the shower.

Those successful of you who know this secret of using this higher source of inspiration, solutions, carry a note book and pen or like me a small recorder... so when driving...

Fasting or defragging your hard drive periodically, is great... to go faster, more effective, more peaceful, cheerful, more easily...

To Fast
let many things go Slow now and then - give it a rest...

Even the auto makers had dishonesty all over them, when they first came to congress...

The CEO 's couldn't even tell the Senators how much money they needed and when...

If they did not have accurate information - who would? Enron's bookkeepers maybe?

Michael Moore has put out a wonderful solution this mess -- Google him and see for your self...
He mentions that " one could purchase every share of common stock in GM for less than 3 billion. Why would give GM $18 Billion , or $25 Billion, or anything? The automakers policy seems to lay off people to protect profits....
I find common sense, reality, and honesty in his suggestions on this matter...great reading - thank you Michael Moore.

An honest days wage fro a honest days work - we have heard these slogans for years...

The ancient principals we are discussing in this blog are nothing new.

King Salomon taught them to all who would listen and can be read right in the Old Testament - Psalms - Songs of Salomon...

but what is the most lacking of all of our principals ?

Honesty ~ it's a tricky subject..
In an International survey completed in the last several years, Honesty was the most sought after trait.

Employers deemed it highest in what they look for in an employee.

Meaning?
~yes it means not stealing,
~delivering what you promise, (to yourself too, now...)
~Telling the truth and on and on...

But did you consider this one:
~duplication....(what?)
simple would you keep a copier around that would duplicate exactly what you put in?

why would you keep an employee around that
~when you gave them an order, request etc., etc., to do a thing they did something else?
~would you order from a company who showed a picture of a red pen flashlight, and sent you blue one?
(bait & switch is illegal now)
~ would you do business with a company that said they would install it by 3 PM same day - showing up 2 days later?

You see Honesty = dependability, this generates Trust

Read the best selling sales books over that last 50 -60 years and you'll see one thing sticks out...
you have to be honest.

You have to be honest even no one else will know you are not... Why???

Because someone does know: you or YOU and your subconscious...

It doesn't think and reason like you can - ~ but how many do...

Your subconscious is all powerful - it digests your food, pumps the blood, does waist management for the billions of cells in your body,It even communicates to the universe for you to bring you what you want.
It is amazing - I don't think it is subconscious at all,

I feel it is our companion self and we just don't see it...
because it is always there...

But it can't take a joke... it just takes you seriously...

so if you lie, cheat, and steal, take the short road not the best one, etc., etc., you are teaching your powerhouse - holder of all emotions, to do just that.

so you like the automakers will do so automatically...

Why buy an American car that won't work as well or as long and an import?
just to keep the economy going?
An economy that is built on the easy way, the dishonest way? It won't stand up... it just has no integrity.

Like pouring a concrete floor in building that only is up to code in a small section, the rest not being so will collapse under stress.

Just like we see today.... so if we build on the basis of Honesty well...

Growing more food in less time on less land has resulted in a world wide shortage of food.
the soil tended to naturally will do so much, honestly delivering great food...

but we don't look at what takes the correct method we look at money first...

A better way:

When looking at doing anything:
ask first: Is this needed? Will it be a benefit for many or even all?
Then ask: will it make money?

the money question has been put in the wrong order - one cannot put the eggs into a cake after it's been in the oven for a 1/2 hour...

Money? Great Question - not a first question...

Getting the picture?

if you don't duplicate the cake recipe honestly - you don't get cake...

So, from Automating, to management, to cooking, to the privacy of your own self... if you want cake...

Honesty is the best policy...

Good Medicine the red path folks call it...

Lighten the load of those you meet:

And old Indian medicine man and a lady friend were going into a busy restaurant to eat brunch.

Nothing fancy but a nice comfortable place - sort of like the old 'Steak and Ale' or 'Cracker Barrel'.

Nice decorations but the mood was depressed.

The Old Indian gave his name and they sat down to wait to be called to a table...

With the smoke and din of the chatter no one heard
-really anyway -
the hostess announce softly in disbelief:

"Buffalo Chips -party of 2..."

The Old medicine man put in arm on my friends shoulder - gently as if to say hold on minute - not just yet...

well in about 3 minutes the hostess now a bit braver:

called "Buffalo Chips -party of 2... "

A few of the eaters now looked at each other to see if they had heard that right...

Still the hand on the shoulder...

another minute and the now confident hostess sang out:

"Buffalo Chips - a party of 2... "

now the place was in merry laughter....

with a twinkle in his eye his hand moved down to take her arm
as they stood up, and were led to their table...

Lighten the load of others - but remember to lighten yours too...

Smile a little

Share a bit of that peace with others...

hold your inner garbage for the shrink, god, or meditation, and

a bit of joy to others....

You will be laughing too.... and the garbage will be have been taken out....
